My name is
Owen Lawton and I am currently studying AS English, media and engineering at
Ashfield post-16. I have played ice-hockey as a member of Sutton sting for the
past 10 years and have also played for Midlands conference and England. I now
coach kids between the ages of 4-7 the basics of skating and ice hockey. In my
spare time I like playing on my guitar which I have been learning for about
three years. I also love
listening to music from bands such as the neighbourhood, mini mansions and
arctic monkeys.
This is an acoustic version of sweater weather by an American band called the neighbourhood. they have the British spelling as the American spelling was already taken by another band.
I chose
media at a level as I helped a friend film his preliminary task the year before
and enjoyed the aspect of experimenting with camera angles and editing. I also enjoy that you aren't restricted when it comes to making your own opening sequence.
I love warm weather and enjoy going to Florida on holiday and I want to be able to live in LA when I'm older and be a music producer or something within the music industry.
